By joining our program, players and parents agree to uphold the following standards:
For Players
- Respect – Treat coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and staff with respect at all times.
- Sportsmanship – Play hard, play fair, and show good sportsmanship whether winning or losing.
- Effort – Give your best effort in every session. Come prepared, stay focused, and work hard to improve.
- Safety – Follow all safety rules, wear proper equipment, and listen carefully to coaches’ instructions.
- Positive Attitude – Encourage your teammates. No negative talk, complaining, or bullying will be tolerated.
- Responsibility – Arrive on time, come ready to participate, and take care of your equipment.
For Parents & Guardians
- Supportive Role – Cheer positively and encourage all players. Leave coaching to the coaches.
- Respect – Treat coaches, other parents, and players with kindness and respect.
- Communication – If you have a concern, please speak directly with a coach or staff member in a calm and respectful manner.
- Safety First – Ensure your child arrives with all required equipment and is physically ready to participate.
- Punctuality – Arrive on time for sessions and pick up your child promptly afterward.
General Expectations
- No profanity, bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
- Follow all facility rules and rink policies.
- Respect the training time – be ready to start your training quickly and efficiently.
Any serious or repeated violations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the program without refund.
Our goal is to help every player become not only a better hockey player, but also a better teammate and person.
